Eine erfindungsgemäße Klingenanordnung für ein Haushaltsgerät zum Schneiden und Zerkleinern von Nahrungsmitteln umfasst eine drehbare Klinge (1) mit einer an der Drehmitte der Klinge liegenden Nabe (3) zur Aufnahme einer Welle (4), wobei die Klinge zumindest ein sich radial erstreckendes Messer (2, 2') aufweist, welches eine an einer in Rotationsrichtung vorderen Seite liegende und im Umlauf eine kreisförmige Schneidzone (15) definierende Schneidkante (5) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (1) eine Fräsrippe (7) aufweist, die in einer axialen Richtung aus der Klinge emporsteht und so orientiert ist, dass sie im Umlauf eine Fräswirkung erzeugt und eine entsprechende Fräszone (17) definiert, die sich von der Nabe (3) bis zur Schneidzone (15) des Messers (2) erstreckt. Ein erfindungsgemäßer Stabmixer umfasst eine derartige Klingenanordnung. La lame comporte au moins un couteau (2, 2') qui s'étend radialement et qui possède une arête de coupe (5) définissant tout autour une zone de coupe circulaire (15) et placée sur un côté avant dans le sens de rotation. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la lame (1) comporte une nervure de fraisage (7) qui s'étend vers le haut depuis la lame dans une direction axiale et est orientée de façon à générer tout autour une action de fraisage et à définir une zone de fraisage (17) correspondante qui s'étend du moyeu (3) vers la zone de coupe (15) du couteau (2). Un mixeur plongeant de l'invention comprend un tel dispositif à lame.
