A negative-pressure suction cup provided with a buffer pool and a quick-release tube for even medicament application, comprising a suction cup body (1), a liquid feeding tube connector (2), a negative-pressure tube connector (3), and a quick-release tube (5). Provided within the suction cup body (1) are a buffer pool (13) used for buffering a cleansing solution or a medicinal solution and an outflow channel in communication with the buffer pool (13). The liquid feeding tube connector (2) is provided on the suction cup body (1) and in communication with the buffer pool (13). The negative-pressure tube connector (3) is provided on the suction cup body (1). The negative-pressure tube connector (3) is arranged at the center position of the suction cup body (1) and extended downward onto the lower surface of the suction cup body (1). The quick-release tube (5) is connected onto the liquid feeding tube connector (2) and the negative-pressure tube connector (3). By having the buffer pool provided on the suction cup
