The present invention relates to a cell containing a photosensitizer capable of generating singlet oxygen by light, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides cells containing photosensitizers wherein the photosensitizers are bound to macrophages or mesenchymal stem cells by chemical bonding, antigen-antibody binding, or cellular internalization; or are encapsulated into cells. The cells containing photosensitizers may be effectively used as a cancer immune therapeutic agent because the cells containing photosensitizers are accumulated in a cancer site at the time of performing an intravenous injection, and the macrophages or mesenchymal stem cells die in the event of irradiating a light source of a specific wavelength to accelerate a local immune response, thereby killing cancer cells. La présente invention concerne une cellule contenant un photosensibilisateur pouvant générer de l'oxygène singulet par la lumière, un procédé pour sa préparation et son utilisation. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des cellules contenant des photosensibilisateurs, les photosensibilisateurs étant liés à des macrophages ou à des cellules souches mésenchymateuses par liaison chimique, par liaison antigène-anticorps ou par internalisation cellulaire ; ou étant encapsulés dans des cellules.
