Summary:The present invention relates to a cell containing a photosensitizer capable of generating singlet oxygen by light, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides cells containing photosensitizers wherein the photosensitizers are bound to macrophages or mesenchymal stem cells by chemical bonding, antigen-antibody binding, or cellular internalization; or are encapsulated into cells. The cells containing photosensitizers may be effectively used as a cancer immune therapeutic agent because the cells containing photosensitizers are accumulated in a cancer site at the time of performing an intravenous injection, and the macrophages or mesenchymal stem cells die in the event of irradiating a light source of a specific wavelength to accelerate a local immune response, thereby killing cancer cells. La présente invention concerne une cellule contenant un photosensibilisateur pouvant générer de l'oxygène singulet par la lumière, un procédé pour sa préparation et son utilisation. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des cellules contenant des photosensibilisateurs, les photosensibilisateurs étant liés à des macrophages ou à des cellules souches mésenchymateuses par liaison chimique, par liaison antigène-anticorps ou par internalisation cellulaire ; ou étant encapsulés dans des cellules. Les cellules contenant des photosensibilisateurs peuvent être utilisées efficacement en tant qu'agent thérapeutique immun contre le cancer en raison du fait que les cellules contenant des photosensibilisateurs sont accumulées dans un site cancéreux au moment de la réalisation d'une injection intraveineuse et les macrophages ou les cellules souches mésenchymateuses meurent dans le cas d'une irradiation par une source lumineuse d'une longueur d'onde spécifique pour accélérer une réponse immune locale, ce qui tue les cellules cancéreuses. 본 발명은 빛에 의해 일항산소를 생성할 수 있는 광감작제를 함유하는 세포, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 대식세포 또는 간엽줄기세포에 광감각제들을 화학적 결합, 항원-항체 결합 또는 세포내재화와 같은 방법에 의해 접합시키거나 또는 세포 내부에 봉입시킨 광감각제를 함유하는 세포를 제공하며, 상기 광감각제를 함유하는 세포는 정맥 주사 시 암 부위에 축적되며 특정 파장의 광원을 조사 시 대식세포 또는 간엽줄기세포가 사멸하면서 국소적인 면역반응을 촉진시켜 암세포를 사멸시킬 수 있어 암 면역치료제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
