Provided are a socket for a hip disarticulation prosthesis and a hip disarticulation prosthesis that can be attached by even patients with functional disorder in both lower legs, that control deterioration of wound and injury sites, and that allow training in standing and walking. The seated position-type hip disarticulation prosthesis is configured by using, in a hip disarticulation prosthesis that replaces all lower extremities below the hip joint, a socket 10 with a configuration that comprises a seat portion 2 that holds the pelvis of the wearer from below and a pelvis holding portion 1 that is integrally formed with the seat portion 2 and that holds the pelvis of the wearer from the rear and the sides. The hip joint, the thigh support, the knee joint, the lower leg support, the ankle joint, the foot portion, and the like are linked to the bottom face of the seat portion 2 of the socket 10.
