La présente invention concerne un minerai fritté à base de magnétite dans lequel des fines de minerai de magnétite qui présentent une faible réductibilité et ne sont donc pas couramment utilisées parmi les minerais de fer utilisés en tant que matière premières premières principales dans les procédés d'élaboration de l'acier, sont améliorées pour obtenir une excellente réductibilité. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production dudit minerai.
