The present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for improving drug administration in order to treat fungal infectious diseases of ketratin tissue; a preparation method therefor; and an administration method therefor. Specifically, the present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating fungal infectious diseases by increasing absorption into ketratin tissue due to containing a) at least one antifungal active material; b) an alkalinizing agent capable of maintaining the pH of the composition at pH 7 to pH 13; and c) an organic solvent which dissolves or promotes absorption of the antifungal active material; a preparation method therefor; and an administration method therefor. La présente invention concerne : une composition pharmaceutique pour améliorer l'administration de médicament de façon à traiter des maladies infectieuses fongiques de tissu de kératine ; son procédé de préparation ; et son procédé d'administration. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne : une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir et traiter des maladies infectieuses fongiques par augmentation d'absorption dans un tissu de kératine, car elle contient a) au moins une matière active antifongique ; b) un agent d'alcalinisation capable de maintenir le pH de la composition entre 7 et 13 ; et c) un solvant organique qui se dissout ou favorise l'absorption de la matière active antifongique ; son procédé de préparation ; et son procédé d'administration. 본 발명은 케라틴조직의 진균감염증 치료를 위해 약물투과를 향상시키는 약제학적 조성물, 제조방법 및 그 투여방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 a) 적어도 하나 이상의 항진균성 활성물질; b) pH 7 ~ pH 13으로 할 수 있는 알칼리화제; 및 c) 항진균 활성성분을 용해하거나 흡수를 촉진하는 유기용매를 함유하여 케라틴 조직의 흡수를 증가시켜 진균감염증을 예방 및 치료하기 위한 약제학적 조성물, 제조방법 및 투여방법에 관한 것이다.
