Disclosed are an expandable pressurized-type hollow fiber membrane module, and a filtering device manufactured using the same, the expandable pressurized-type hollow fiber membrane module being capable of enhancing the water quality of filtered water through multistep-filtration, improving convenience in installation and repair, decreasing installation area (footprint), and/or implementing enlargement of a filtering device (which does not cause degradation of water permeability of a unit hollow fiber membrane). The filtering device of the present invention comprises first and second pressurized-type hollow fiber membrane modules. An inlet port for injecting raw water of the first pressurized-type hollow fiber membrane module is coupled to a discharge port for discharging filtered water or gas of the second pressurized-type hollow fiber membrane module.
