La présente invention concerne des préparations ophtalmiques topiques qui comprennent un système auto-émulsifiant non-aqueux qui permet de produire spontanément des émulsions de dimension nanométrique lors d'un contact avec une phase aqueuse. L'invention concerne également des procédés de leur préparation et leur utilisation dans la formulation et l'administration de médicaments faiblement solubles dans l'eau.
