An association method for data transmission between devices in a neighbor awareness network (NAN), and a device using the same are provided. A first NAN device transmits, to a second NAN device, a service discovery frame having a service identifier (ID) and association interval information, and transmits an authentication request for requesting authentication at a time indicated by the association interval information. Un premier dispositif NAN transmet, à un second dispositif NAN, une trame de découverte de service ayant un identifiant (ID) de service et des informations d'intervalle d'association, et transmet une demande d'authentification pour demander une authentification à un moment indiqué par les informations d'intervalle d'association.
