A window film structure for air conditioning and heating is disclosed. According to the present invention, the window film structure for air conditioning and heating comprises: a front film to be adhered to a window through an adhesive layer provided on one surface thereof; a rear film; a grid plate comprising a plurality of horizontal members and a plurality of vertical members coupled to the plurality of horizontal members at regular intervals along the transverse direction of the horizontal members, and provided between the front film and the rear film; and first to fourth covers adhered along the circumference of the grid plate so as to seal the grid plate, wherein the front film and the rear film have a thickness of 0.1-10 mm, are transparent or semitransparent, and undergo tinting.
