Summary: | The main subject matter of the invention is a device (1) for cutting at least one workpiece (3) by means of bonded-abrasive wire (2), comprising first (5a) and second (5b) rotary members and a lubricating and cleaning assembly (7) comprising at least one spray lubrication system (7a) provided with means (8a) for spraying lubrication fluid, disposed upstream from said at least one workpiece (3) to be cut, and at least one spray cleaning system (7b) provided with means (8b) for spraying cleaning fluid, disposed downstream from said at least one workpiece (3), the wire (2) being sprayed continuously when being driven in rotation. The means (8a) for spraying lubrication fluid are configured to form a lubrication film (9) surrounding the wire, the thickness of which is greater than the total diameter of the wire (2).
L'objet principal de l'invention est un dispositif (1) de découpe par fil (2) à abrasifs liés d'au moins une pièce à découper (3), comportant des premier (5a) et deuxième (5b) organes rotatifs et un ensemble de lubrification et de nettoyage (7) comprenant au moins un système de lubrification par aspersion (7a) pourvu de moyens d'aspersion de fluide de lubrification (8a), disposé en amont de ladite au moins une pièce à découper (3), et au moins un système de nettoyage par aspersion (7b) pourvu de moyens d'aspersion de fluide de nettoyage (8b), disposé en aval de ladite au moins une pièce (3), le fil (2) étant aspergé en continu lors de son entraînement en rotation. Les moyens d'aspersion de fluide de lubrification (8a) sont configurés pour former un film de lubrification (9) englobant le fil, dont l'épaisseur est supérieure au diamètre total du fil (2). |
