The present invention relates to a method for positioning multiple user equipments (UEs) by a base station in a wireless communication system supporting full-duplex communication and an apparatus therefor. More specifically, the present invention comprises: setting a unit distance on the basis of the magnitude of inter-device interference (IDI) with respect to a first UE; and establishing multiple boundaries around each of the multiple UEs and the base station according to relative distances on the basis of the unit distance and checking whether the boundaries overlap each other. Here, the relative distances indicate distances with respect to the multiple UEs, measured on the basis of the magnitude of inter-device interference (IDI). La présente invention concerne un procédé de positionnement d'équipements d'utilisateurs (UE) multiples par une station de base dans un système de communications sans fil prenant en charge la communication bilatérale simultanée, ainsi qu'un appareil associé. Plus précisément, la présente invention comporte les étapes consistant à: spécifier une distance unitaire en fonction de l'intensité d'interférences inter-dispositifs (IDI) par rapport à un premier UE; et établir des frontières multiples autour de chaque UE parmi les UE multiples et de la station de base en fonction de distances relatives d'après la distance unitaire et vérifier si les frontières se chevauchent.
