Summary:The present invention discloses an optical device comprising an optical substrate providing with an optical filter configured to inhibit transmission of harmful UV and/or blue light wherein the optical device is further configured to allow retinal exposure of an eye to at least one selected range of wavelengths of light in the visible spectrum of 460 nm to 560 nm, preferably of 480 nm to 520 nm. La présente invention concerne un dispositif optique comprenant un substrat optique doté d'un filtre optique configuré pour inhiber la transmission de la lumière bleue et/ou l'UV nocif, le dispositif optique étant en outre configuré pour permettre l'exposition rétinienne d'un oeil à au moins une plage sélectionnée de longueurs d'onde de la lumière dans le spectre visible de 460 nm à 560 nm, de préférence de 480 nm à 520 nm.
