The method comprises the steps of: (1) receiving N reminding messages; (2) detecting a current time, so as to judge whether the Pth reminding time TP is reached; (3) sending the Pth reminding content information within a first preset sending time, and detecting a response message at the same time: if a response message is received within the first preset sending time, continuing to enter step (4); otherwise, stopping sending the Pth reminding content information, and modifying the Pth reminding time TP; and (4) judging that the response message is a first response message or a second response message: if the response message is a first response message, stopping sending the Pth reminding content information and cancelling the Pth reminding message; and if the response message is a second response message, stopping sending the Pth reminding content information and enabling the Pth reminding time TP to be changed into a postponed time T'P.
