Summary:The present invention relates to an epitope specific to hepatitis B virus surface antigen and a binding molecule binding to the same for neutralizing hepatitis B virus. Since the epitope provided by the present invention is produced by forming a three-dimensional structure and does not comprise a determinant, by which escape mutation is induced against an administration of existing vaccines or HBIg, a composition comprising an antibody biding to the epitope or a vaccine composition comprising the epitope has a very low possibility of causing a decrease in efficacy due to escape mutation. Therefore, such an antibody or vaccine composition can be very effectively used in prevention and/or treatment of HBV. La présente invention concerne un épitope spécifique à un antigène de surface du virus de l'hépatite B et une molécule de liaison se liant à celui-ci pour neutraliser le virus de l'hépatite B. Étant donné que l'épitope de la présente invention est produit par la formation d'une structure tridimensionnelle et ne comprend pas de déterminant , qui induit une mutation d'échappement contre une administration de vaccins existants ou de HBIg, une composition comprenant un anticorps se liant à l'épitope ou une composition de vaccin comprenant l'épitope présente une très faible possibilité de provoquer une diminution de l'efficacité en raison de la mutation d'échappement. Par conséquent, une telle composition d'anticorps ou de vaccin peut être utilisée très efficacement dans la prévention et/ou le traitement du virus de l'hépatite B. 본 발명은 B형 간염 바이러스 표면 항원의 특이적 에피토프와 이에 결합하는 B형 간염 바이러스 중화 결합 분자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명이 제공하는 에피토프는 3차원적 구조를 형성함으로써 생성되며 기존의 백신 또는 HBIg 투여에 대한 회피 돌연변이가 생성되는 a 결정기를 포함하지 않기 때문에, 여기에 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 조성물 또는 상기 에피토프를 포함하는 백신 조성물은 회피 돌연변이에 의한 효능의 저하가 일어날 가능성이 매우 낮다. 따라서 이러한 항체 또는 백신 조성물은 HBV의 예방 및/또는 치료에 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
