Summary:According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is an atmospheric state measuring method using a photometer, which operates without power, the measuring method comprising the steps of: receiving light resulting from scattering, which is caused by the atmosphere, and introduced in ranges of different azimuth angles by using a plurality of narrow angle optical receivers, supporting the analysis of the total quantity of the received light, and receiving scattered light and direct light introduced from the whole atmosphere into the photometer, by using a wide angle optical receiver, so as to support the analysis of the total quantity of the received light; and supporting the estimation of Edirect, which is the quantity of the direct light introduced into the photometer, by referring to information on the quantity of the scattered light received and acquired through the plurality of narrow angle optical receivers and information on the quantity of the scattered light and the direct light received and acquired through the wide angle optical receiver.
