La présente invention concerne une vitrocéramique cristallisée qui comporte 30 à 40 % en poids de chacun de CaSiO3, Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 et Ca2Mg(Si2O7), une composition de vitrocéramique cristallisée qui comporte du CaSiO3, du Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 et du Ca2Mg(Si2O7) dans un rapport pondéral prédéterminé, un matériau de greffe osseuse comportant la vitrocéramique et un dispositif médical pour le remplacement de tissu osseux, ou un dispositif d'espacement intervertébral, qui est fabriqué à l'aide du matériau de greffe osseuse.
