Summary:The present invention relates to the technical field of nuclear magnetic resonance detection. Disclosed is a circular-arc one-side nuclear magnetic resonance sensor formed by a permanent magnet structure and a saddle-shaped radio frequency coil (5). The permanent magnet structure is formed by three tile-shaped permanent magnets (1, 3a, 3b) and two fan-shaped iron sheets (2a, 2b), the three permanent magnets having the same magnetization direction, and all being magnetized in an axial direction and used to generate a static main magnetic field B0. A crescent-shaped non-magnetic nonmetal spacer (4) is provided between the saddle-shaped radio frequency coil (5) and the permanent magnet structure; and the saddle-shaped radio frequency coil (5) is attached to an inner ring surface of the crescent-shaped spacer, and is used to generate a radio frequency magnetic field B1 in a target area orthogonal to the main magnetic field B0 and to detect an echo signal generated by a sample. The nuclear magnetic resonance senso
