Provided is a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition which contains (a) a nitrile rubber that contains 0.1-15% by weight of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, 1-10% by weight of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester monomer unit, 40-75% by weight of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid ester monomer unit and 20-58.9% by weight of a diene monomer unit and/or an α-olefin monomer unit and (b) a polyamine-based crosslinking agent, and wherein the content ratio of the polyamine-based crosslinking agent (b) relative to 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber (a) is 0.1-20 parts by weight.
