Summary: | A device for improving the efficiency of insulation paint film removal from an enameled wire, and comprising: an enameled wire immersion tank (1), a heating device (5), a working solution circulating system (8) and a switch. The enameled wire immersion tank (1) contains a solution for dissolving insulation paint, and an induction coil (6) is wound on the outer surface (2) of said tank (1). The heating device (5) is connected to the two ends of the induction coil (6). The working solution circulating system (8) is connected to the enameled wire immersion tank (1). The switch is connected to the heating device (5) and the working solution circulating system (8). A high-frequency induction magnetic field is generated by the heating device (5) according to the inverter principle, causing induction eddy currents to form at the enameled wire (7), thereby heating the metal in said enameled wire (7) and conducting the heat to the outer paint.
