The present invention relates to a self-heating vessel (1000) having a function of setting a temperature, comprising: an outer vessel (100) having an empty space formed therein in an up-down direction; an inner vessel (200) that is installed in the interior of the outer vessel (100) and has a cap (210) installed at the open top thereof for covering the open top, wherein food to eat is accommodated in the interior of the inner vessel; a support vessel (300) that covers the lower end of the outer vessel (100) and has a heating element (400) accommodated therein for generating heat in reaction with water to generate steam; an airtight vessel (500) that covers the upper end of the outer vessel (100) and has a plurality of passage holes (501) formed on the upper end thereof through which the steam, which moves upward from the heating element (400), passes; and a temperature setting vessel (600) that covers the upper end of the airtight vessel (500) and has an exhaust hole (610) formed on the upper end thereof for exhausting the steam that moves upward through the passage holes (501), wherein the temperature setting vessel includes an opening/closing means that is installed in the exhaust hole (610) so as to be opened and closed and adjusts the amount of the exhausted steam.
