Summary: | The present invention provides a composite molded article and a laminate, said composite molded article: being formed by fixing and unifying aliphatic polyester resin foam particles and a thermosetting resin cured product that is formed between the foam particles and includes a reinforcement fiber; being characterized in that the aliphatic polyester resin is a polylactic acid resin, and the flexural modulus E (MPa) of the composite molded article and the density ρ (kg/m3) of the composite molded article satisfy formula (1), E1/3/ρ ≥ 0.02 [(MPa)1/3(kg/m3)-1] (1); and having improved strength.
L'invention concerne un corps moulé composite dans lequel des particules expansées de résine à base de polyester aliphatique, et un article durci en résine thermodurcissable formé entre les particules expansées et contenant des fibres de renforcement, sont solidarisés par mise en adhésion. Ladite résine à base de polyester aliphatique consiste en une résine à base d'acide polylactique. Le corps moulé composite de l'invention est caractéristique en ce que son module de courbure E(MPa) et sa densité ρ(kg/m3) satisfont la formule (1) suivante. E1/3/ρ≥0,02[(MPa)1/3(kg/m3)-1] (1) L'invention fournit ainsi un corps moulé composite ainsi qu'un stratifié dont la solidité est améliorée.
