La presente invención muestra un procedimiento para la detección y cuantificación en fluidos humanos, preferentemente orina, de péptidos del gluten resistentes a la digestión gastrointestinal. La presencia o ausencia de los péptidos del gluten es controlada por ensayos inmunológicos basados en anticuerpos específicos frente a los mismos.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la détection et la quantification, dans des liquides corporels humains, de préférence l'urine, de peptides du gluten résistants à la digestion gastro-intestinale.
