Summary:In a nano-fiber mat, a method for manufacturing the same, and use thereof as a cell culture mat or a guided bone regeneration shielding membrane, the nano-fiber mat comprises: a nano-fiber layer; and a reinforcement pattern disposed on the nano-fiber layer and joined to the nano-fiber layer, wherein the nano-fiber layer and the reinforcement pattern are coupled to each other in a form in which at least a part of the nano-fiber layer is melted and solidified together with the reinforcement pattern, in a form in which the at least a part of the nano-fiber layer is dissolved and solidified together with the reinforcement pattern, or in a form in which a part of the reinforcement pattern is penetrated and solidified into the nano-fiber layer.
