This lifting device is provided with a support plate, a carrier for lifting window glass, and a drive mechanism for moving the carrier. The drive mechanism is provided with a cable, a drum, a pulley, and a bracket for attaching the pulley to the support plate. The support plate is provided with first and second securing parts. The first securing part is placed on the outer side of the cable, and the second securing part is placed on the inner side of the cable. The bracket has first and second attachment parts corresponding respectively to the first and second securing parts. The first attachment part has a first extending part which comes into contact with the outer surface of the first securing part, and the second attachment part has a second arm part which comes into contact with the inner surface of the second securing part. 　L'invention concerne un dispositif de levage comportant une plaque d'appui, un support pour soulever une vitre et un mécanisme d'entraînement destiné à déplacer le support. Le mécanisme d'entraînement comporte un câble, un tambour, une poulie et un support permettant de fixer la poulie à la plaque d'appui. La plaque d'appui comporte des première et seconde parties de fixation. La première partie de fixation est placée sur le côté externe du câble, et la seconde partie de fixation est placée sur la face intérieure du câble. Le support possède des première et seconde parties d'attachement correspondant respectivement aux première et seconde parties de fixation.
