The present embodiment relates to a method for producing graphite comprising the steps of: providing an inorganic source for forming graphite; providing an organic source which includes a polymer resin; forming an organic-inorganic mixture by mixing the inorganic source and the organic source; and heat-treating the organic-inorganic mixture, wherein the inorganic source includes expandable graphite. The production method according to the present embodiment can produce a graphite powder or sheet having improved mechanical performance and thermal properties. Le présent mode de réalisation concerne un procédé de production de graphite comprenant les étapes consistant à prendre une source inorganique pour former du graphite; à prendre une source organique qui comprend une résine polymère; à former un mélange organique-inorganique par mélange de la source inorganique et de la source organique; et à soumettre le mélange organique-inorganique à un traitement thermique, la source inorganique comprenant du graphite expansé.
