La presente invención se refiere a compuesto de Fórmula (Ver Fórmula) que son útiles como fármacos en el tratamiento de transtornos neurodegenerativos crónicos de tipo del mal de Huntington, Parkinson y Epilepsia, entre otros. La invención también se refiere a novedosos métodos para la síntesis de dichos análogos y sus sales y solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptable. La présente invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule (cf formule) qui est utile comme médicament dans le traitement de troubles neurodégénératifs chroniques du type maladie de Huntington, de Parkinson et l'épilepsie, entre autres. L'invention concerne également de nouvelles méthodes de synthèse desdits analogues et leurs sels et solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
