The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a flow channel member which has excellent heat exchange efficiency, while exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics; and a heat exchanger and a semiconductor module, each of which uses this flow channel member. A flow channel member (10) according to the present invention is provided with a flow channel (3), in which a fluid flows through, within a base (1) that is formed of a ceramic. The base (1) is provided with a plurality of projections (2) on the outer surface. By having this configuration, this flow channel member (10) has excellent heat exchange efficiency, while exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics.
