Summary: | The invention relates to a roof (10) made of aluminium or an aluminium alloy which has two longitudinal edges, each braze welded to one side of the corresponding body shell (11) along a connection area (16) with longitudinal orientation and obtained by braze welding. The roof (10) defines next to each longitudinal edge a longitudinal rib (12) associated with the corresponding connection area (16), offset (D1) sidewise relative to the associated connection area (16) according to the width (L1) of the roof (10) towards the other longitudinal edge of the roof (10). Each rib is arranged over substantially the entire length (L2) of the roof (10) and shaped so as to absorb the thermal effects generating the deformation of the roof (10) linked to the braze welding of the associated connection area (16).
Un pavillon (10) en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium présente deux bords longitudinaux chacun soudo-brasé à un côté de caisse (11) correspondant le long d'une zone de raccord (16) orientée longitudinalement et obtenue par soudo-brasage. Le pavillon (10) délimite à proximité de chaque bord longitudinal une nervure longitudinale (12) associée à la zone de raccord (16) correspondante, décalée (D1) latéralement par rapport à la zone de raccord (16) associée suivant la largeur (L1) du pavillon (10) en direction de l'autre bord longitudinal du pavillon (10). Chaque nervure est agencée sur sensiblement toute la longueur (L2) du pavillon (10) et conformée de sorte à absorber les effets thermiques générant la déformation du pavillon (10) liées au soudo-brasage de la zone de raccord (16) associée. |
