The present invention is provided with a stator core (7) that is configured in an annular fashion using a plurality of segmented toothed cores (8) and connecting segmented cores (9) that are the same in number as the segmented cores (8) and that are held in between the segmented cores (8). Also provided are upper insulators (10) and lower insulators (11) that sandwich the segmented cores (8) from the direction of the axis of rotation and winding wires (12) that are wound around the upper insulators (10) and the lower insulators (11). The connecting segmented cores (9) are pressed from the outer circumferential direction to further provide insulating members (13) that are held in between the upper insulators (10), the lower insulators (11), and the connecting segmented cores (9) on the outer circumferential side of the winding wires (12).
