L'invention porte sur un rail déformable de véhicule, lequel rail comprend : un corps configuré de façon à être au moins partiellement déformé le long d'un axe entre des première et seconde extrémités de ce dernier, le corps ayant un profil de section transversale qui comprend des première, deuxième et troisième cellules qui sont sensiblement carrées, au moins l'une des première, deuxième et troisième cellules s'étendant à partir de la première extrémité jusqu'à la seconde extrémité, les première, deuxième et troisième cellules ayant des initiateurs respectifs agencés selon un motif de déformation pour le rail déformable.
