Summary:The present invention provides a metal roof tile manufacturing apparatus and method, capable of improving productivity by compressing a metal plate during the transfer thereof so as to continuously form a pattern, and a metal roof tile manufactured thereby. The metal roof tile manufacturing apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a roll-type pattern forming device provided on a straight transfer path through which a metal plate is transferred such that an engraving roll having an engraved pattern formed thereon and an embossing roll having an embossed pattern formed thereon corresponding to the engraved pattern of the engraving roll face each other in the vertical direction in order to form a convex-concave pattern by compressing the inside of the edge of the metal plate; and a cutter provided on the straight transfer path in a lower position than that of the roll-type pattern forming device, in order to laterally cut the metal plate that has passed through the roll-type pattern forming device. This metal roof tile manufacturing apparatus is capable of remarkably reducing metal roof tile manufacturing time and maximizing productivity by carrying out a pattern formation step for forming a convex-concave pattern inside of the edge of the metal plate through a roll forming method while transferring the metal plate. La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de fabrication de tuiles de toit métalliques, aptes à améliorer la productivité par compression d'une plaque métallique pendant son transfert de sorte à former en continu un motif, et une tuile de toit métallique fabriquée ainsi. L'appareil de fabrication de tuiles de toit métalliques, selon la présente invention, comprend : un dispositif de formation de motif de type à rouleaux placé sur un trajet de transfert linéaire sur lequel est transférée une plaque métallique de telle sorte qu'un rouleau de gravure comportant un motif gravé formé sur celui-ci et qu'un rouleau de gaufrage comportant un motif gaufré formé sur celui-ci correspondant au motif gravé du rouleau de gravure soient en regard l'un de l'autre dans la direction verticale afin de former un motif convexe-concave par compression de l'intérieur du bord de la plaque métallique ; et un dispositif de coupe prévu sur le trajet de transfert linéaire dans une position inférieure à celle du dispositif de formation de motif de type à rouleaux, afin de couper latéralement la plaque métallique qui est passée à travers le dispositif de formation de motif de type à rouleaux. Cet appareil de fabrication de tuiles de toit métalliques est apte à réduire de façon remarquable le temps de fabrication de tuiles de toit métalliques et à augmenter au maximum la productivité en réalisant une étape de formation de motif destinée à former un motif convexe-concave à l'intérieur du bord de la plaque métallique par un procédé de formation à rouleaux tout en transférant la plaque métallique. 본 발명은 금속판재를 이송 중에 압착하여 연속적으로 무늬를 형성함으로써 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 금속기와 제조장치와 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 금속기와를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 금속기와 제조장치는, 금속판재의 가장자리 안쪽을 압착하여 요철 무늬를 형성하기 위해 음각 무늬가 형성된 음각 롤과 음각 롤의 음각 무늬에 대응하는 양각 무늬가 형성된 양각 롤이 상하 마주하도록 금속판재가 이송되는 직선 이송경로 중에 설치되는 롤형 무늬 형성기와, 롤형 무늬 형성기를 통과한 금속판재를 횡방향으로 절단하기 위해 직선 이송경로 중에 롤형 무늬 형성기보다 하류에 설치되는 절단기를 포함한다. 이러한 금속기와 제조장치는 금속판재의 가장자리 안쪽에 요철 무늬를 형성하는 무늬 형성 공정을 금속판재를 이송시키면서 롤 성형 방법으로 수행함으로써, 금속기와의 제조 시간을 크게 단축할 수 있고 생산성을 극대화할 수 있다.
