When crystallizing lactic acid to collect purified lactic acid crystals and recirculating the mother liquor to the crystallization step, by distilling a lactic acid-containing solution and using the lactic acid collected from the vapor side as the solution supplied to the crystallization step, it is possible to manufacture lactic acid crystals stably and with high yield without the accumulation of lactic acid polymer inside the circulation system of the crystallization step. By using the lactic acid obtained as starting material, poly(lactic acid) with excellent characteristic values can be obtained. Lors de la cristallisation de l'acide lactique visant à recueillir des cristaux d'acide lactique purifié et du recyclage de la liqueur mère au niveau de l'étape de cristallisation, la distillation d'une solution contenant de l'acide lactique et l'utilisation de l'acide lactique recueilli depuis le côté vapeur en tant que solution servant à alimenter l'étape de cristallisation, rendent possible la fabrication de cristaux d'acide lactique de manière stable et avec un rendement élevé sans accumulation de polymères d'acide lactique à l'intérieur du système de circulation de l'étape de cristallisation. En utilisant l'acide lactique obtenu en tant que matériau de départ, il est possible d'obtenir de l'acide polylactique présentant de remarquables caractéristiques. 　乳酸を晶析して精製乳酸結晶を回収し、母液を晶析工程に循環させるにあたり、乳酸含有溶液を蒸留して蒸気側から回収した乳酸を晶析工程の供給液とすることで、晶析工程の循環系内に乳酸の多量体が蓄積することなく、高収率かつ安定的に乳酸結晶を製造でき、得られた乳酸を原料とすることで、優れた物性値を有するポリ乳酸が得られる
