Provided is a polyester polyol that enables the production of a polyurethane that has superior alkali resistance and acid resistance. The polyester polyol contains, as constituent components: a 1,3-propanediol including an alicyclic skeleton in a side chain; a 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol; and a dibasic acid component. La présente invention concerne un polyester polyol qui permet la production d'un polyuréthane ayant une résistance aux alcalins et une résistance aux acides supérieures.
