Disclosed is a filtering apparatus in which hollow fiber membrane modules are mounted to the interior of a frame structure in a high degree of integration so that the filtering apparatus can efficiently perform an air-diffusing cleaning of the hollow fiber membrane modules arranged in a high degree of integration as well as improving a recovery rate of a filtering system. A filtering apparatus of the present invention comprises: a frame structure having first and second inner spaces; a first hollow fiber membrane module mounted to the interior of the first inner space; and a second hollow fiber membrane module mounted to the interior of the second inner space.
