Provided is a surface protective agent composition suppressing corrosion of proximal dissimilar metal members due to a corrosion current therebetween, an electric connection structure in which said composition is used, and a method for manufacturing an electric connection structure. The surface protective agent composition and the electric connection structure having a surface protective layer comprising the surface protective agent composition, the surface protective agent composition being obtained by: compounding (a) a lubricant base oil with (b) a predetermined amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a specific phosphorus compound and a metal salt or an amine salt thereof, and (c) a predetermined amount of an amide compound; and, when component (b) does not contain a metal salt of the phosphorus compound, compounding the lubricant base oil with a predetermined amount of (d) a specific metal salicylate and/or a (super)basic salt thereof. 　La présente invention se rapporte à une composition d'agent de protection de surface supprimant la corrosion d'organes métalliques dissemblables proximaux due à un courant de corrosion entre les deux, une structure de connexion électrique dans laquelle ladite composition est utilisée, et un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de connexion électrique. La composition d'agent de protection de surface et la structure de connexion électrique comporte une couche protectrice de surface comprenant la composition d'agent de protection de surface, la composition d'agent de protection de surface étant obtenue par : combinaison (a) d'une huile de base lubrifiante avec (b) une quantité prédéterminée d'au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un composé de phosphore spécifique et un sel de métal ou un sel d'amine de celui-ci, et (c) une quantité prédéterminée d'un composé amide; et, lorsque le composant (b) ne contient pas de sel de métal du composé de phosphore, combinaison de l'huile de base lubrifiante avec une quantité prédéterminée de (d) un salicylate de métal spécifique et/ou un sel (super) basique de celui-ci. 　近接する異種金属部材における金属間の腐食電流による前記部材の腐食を抑制する表面保護剤組成物を提供するとともに、これを用いた電気接続構造及び電気接続構造の製造方法を提供する。（ａ）潤滑油基油に、（ｂ）特定のリン化合物及びこれらの金属塩又はアミン塩からなる群より選ばれる化合物の少なくとも１種を所定量、（ｃ）アミド化合物を所定量配合し、（ｂ）が上記リン化合物の金属塩を含有しない場合は、さらに、（ｄ）特定の金属サリシレート、及び／又はその（過）塩基性塩を所定量配合してなる表面保護剤組成物、及び前記表面保護剤組成物からなる表面保護層を形成させた電気接続構造。
