Summary: | The purpose of the present invention is to produce a high-density sintered body. An indium oxide powder produced by calcining an indium hydroxide powder is used, wherein the indium hydroxide powder has an orientation index of (200) plane of 2.0 or more, an orientation index of (400) plane of 2.0 or more and an orientation index of (442) plane of 0.5 or less as measured in accordance with the Wilson's equation, and wherein the ratio of the orientation index of (400) plane to the orientation index of (200) plane is 1.5 or more and a diffraction peak corresponding to (220) plane or a diffraction peak corresponding to (420) plane does not appear.
Le but de la présente invention est la production d'un corps fritté de haute densité. Selon l'invention, on utilise une poudre d'oxyde d'indium produite par calcination d'une poudre d'hydroxyde d'indium, la poudre d'hydroxyde d'indium présentant un indice d'orientation du plan (200) de 2,0 ou plus, un indice d'orientation du plan (400) de 2,0 ou plus et un indice d'orientation du plan (442) de 0,5 ou moins, tels que mesurés conformément à l'équation de Wilson, et le rapport de l'indice d'orientation du plan (400) à l'indice d'orientation du plan (200) étant de 1,5 ou plus et un pic de diffraction correspondant au plan (220) ou un pic de diffraction correspondant au plan (420) n'apparaissant pas.
