Ces dispositifs comprennent d'une manière générale un ensemble pompe et un corps expansible. Le corps est configuré pour venir en contact avec le tissu d'un patient lorsqu'il est implanté. L'ensemble pompe est configuré pour être couplé de manière fonctionnelle au corps lorsque ce dernier est implanté et dans sa configuration déployée.
