Summary: | The present invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a nanocomposite membrane comprising a graphene oxide coating layer with a thickness of 1 nm to 50 nm, which is formed on various supports and has nanopores, and a reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite membrane, and applying the membranes to gas separation. The graphene oxide nanocomposite membrane for gas separation of the present invention has excellent gas permeability and selectivity at the same time, and especially, excellent hydrogen gas permeability and hydrogen gas selectivity compared with carbon dioxide, and the reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite membrane has remarkably enhanced hydrogen gas permeability and hydrogen gas selectivity compared with carbon dioxide, and thus the membranes are applicable as a gas separation membrane in an industrial field involving a hydrogen separation process. Furthermore, a graphene oxide nanocomposite membrane for gas separation can be provided, in which strong binding force between a support and a graphene oxide coating layer is induced by modifying surfaces of various supports and thus the graphene oxide coating layer is not easily delaminated.
L'invention concerne une technologie pour fabriquer une membrane nanocomposite comprenant une couche de revêtement d'oxyde de graphène d'une épaisseur de 1 nm à 50 nm, qui est formée sur des supports variés et comprenant des nanopores, et une membrane nanocomposite d'oxyde de graphène réduit ; et pour appliquer les membranes à la séparation des gaz. La membrane nanocomposite d'oxyde de graphène de l'invention pour la séparation des gaz présente une excellente perméabilité aux gaz et simultanément une excellente sélectivité, et en particulier, une excellente perméabilité au gaz hydrogène et une excellente sélectivité au gaz hydrogène par rapport au dioxyde de carbone. La membrane nanocomposite d'oxyde de graphène réduit présente une perméabilité et une sélectivité au gaz hydrogène remarquablement améliorées par rapport au dioxyde de carbone. En conséquence, les membranes sont applicables en tant que membrane de séparation de gaz dans un domaine industriel impliquant un procédé de séparation d'hydrogène. L'invention concerne également une membrane nanocomposite d'oxyde de graphène pour la séparation de gaz dans laquelle une forte force de liaison entre un support et une couche de revêtement d'oxyde de graphène est induite par la modification de surfaces de divers supports, ce qui évite le décollement facile de la couche de revêtement d'oxyde de graphène.
본 발명은 다양한 지지체 위에 나노기공을 갖는 1 nm~50 nm 두께의 그래핀 옥사이드 코팅층을 포함하는 나노복합막과 환원된 그래핀 옥사이드 나노복합막을 제조하고, 이를 기체분리에 적용하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 기체분리용 그래핀 옥사이드 나노복합막에 따르면, 기체 투과도 및 선택도가 동시에 우수하고, 특히 수소 기체의 투과도 및 이산화탄소에 대한 수소 기체의 선택도가 모두 우수하며, 아울러 환원된 그래핀 옥사이드 나노복합막의 경우에는 수소 기체의 투과도 및 이산화탄소에 대한 수소 기체의 선택도가 현저하게 상승하므로, 수소분리공정을 수반하는 산업현장에 기체분리막으로서 적용 가능하다. 아울러 다양한 지지체의 표면을 개질함으로써 지지체와 그래핀 옥사이드 코팅층 간의 결합력이 강하여 그래핀 옥사이드 코팅층이 쉽게 박리되지 않는 기체분리용 그래핀 옥사이드 나노복합막을 제공할 수 있다. |
