An injector for a tree trunk comprising a trocar, a perforation needle, a closure prevention bar and a receiving container, and an injector kit for a tree trunk are disclosed. The receiving container is fastened to the trocar, and a medicine is injected into the tree trunk through a hollow of the trocar. The trocar and the perforation needle each have a means for perforating the tree trunk. The closure prevention bar is inserted into the hollow of the trocar and prevents the perforated space from being closed early. The receiving container consists of a container having an air circulation hole or a container having a pressurizing valve. The present invention can overcome workforce and environmental constraints as well as time and space constraints in performing an injection method for multiple objects over a wide range.
