This fire-resistant heat-insulating coating material (3) for piping (2) comprises a polyisocyanate, a polyol, a trimerization catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, and an additive. The additive is provided with a foamed polyurethane heat-insulating layer that comprises a flame-retardant urethane composition containing: red phosphorus; and at least one substance selected from among phosphate esters, phosphate-containing flame retardants, bromine-containing flame retardants, boric acid-containing flame retardants, antimony-containing flame retardants, metal hydroxides, and needle-shaped fillers. L'invention porte sur un matériau de revêtement thermiquement isolant résistant au feu (3) pour une tubulure (2), lequel matériau comprend un polyisocyanate, un polyol, un catalyseur de trimérisation, un agent moussant, un agent de stabilisation de mousse et un additif.
