An infusion apparatus (1) for the administration of a medication from a reservoir (2) with a plug (4) moveable along a central axis in a distal direction for ejection, the apparatus comprising; a housing (5) and a drive mechanism and a force sensor (85) and a transfer element (56); wherein the drive mechanism comprises a first (51) and a second (52) conveying element, the second conveying element (52) to advance the plug (4) in the reservoir (2) in said distal direction, the first conveying element (51) limited for axial movement relative to the housing but rotatable in both senses to facilitate an ejecting or resetting movement of the second conveying element (52); wherein the force sensor (85) is arranged in the central axis between a part of the housing and the proximal end of the drive mechanism and wherein the transfer element (56) is axially stacked between the force sensor (85) and the first conveying element (51) such that the force sensor (85) bears axial forces exerted by the ejection movement; characterized in that the second conveying element (52) moves the transfer element away from the first conveying element (51) against the bias of a restoring force such that the force sensor (85) bears axial forces exerted by the resetting movement. L'invention concerne un appareil de perfusion (1) pour l'administration d'un médicament à partir d'un réservoir (2) ayant un bouchon (4) mobile le long d'un axe central dans une direction distale pour l'éjection, l'appareil comprenant : un boîtier (5) et un mécanisme d'entraînement et un capteur de force (85) et un élément de transfert (56). Le mécanisme d'entraînement comprend des premier (51) et second (52) éléments de transport, le second élément de transport (52) pour faire avancer le bouchon (4) dans le réservoir (2) dans ladite direction distale, le premier élément de transport (51) pour un mouvement axial limité par rapport au boîtier mais pouvant tourner dans les deux sens pour faciliter un mouvement de rappel ou d'éjection du second élément de transport (52). Le capteur de force (85) est placé dans l'axe central entre une partie du boîtier et l'extrémité proximale du mécanisme d'entraînement, et l'élément de transfert (56) est empilé axialement entre le capteur de force (85) et le premier élément de transport (51) de telle sorte que le capteur de force (85) porte des forces axiales exercées par le mouvement d'éjection. Ledit appareil est caractérisé en ce que le second élément de transport (52) éloigne l'élément de transfert du premier élément de transport (51) à l'encontre de la sollicitation d'une force de rappel de telle sorte que le capteur de force (85) porte des forces axiales exercées par le mouvement de rappel.
