Summary:The present invention relates to an isolated human cell line which expresses a glycoprotein E of varicella zoster virus, and replaces cells infected with varicella zoster virus in a fluorescent antibody to membrane antigen (FAMA) technique, thereby being used for detecting the existence of an anti-varicella zoster virus antibody from a sample, and to a method for diagnosing immunity against varicella zoster virus using the same. The present invention can easily detect the existence of an antibody against varicella zoster virus without using varicella zoster virus. Thus, the present invention can safely conduct diagnosis by protecting diagnosis-related medical staffs from virus infection during diagnosis of varicella zoster. In addition, since special treatments and facilities for infectious virus treatment are not necessary, the present invention is very excellent in economic feasibility. La présente invention se rapporte à une lignée cellulaire humaine isolée qui exprime une glycoprotéine E du virus varicelle-zona, et remplace des cellules infectées par le virus varicelle-zona à l'aide d'une technique anticorps fluorescent sur antigène membranaire (FAMA), étant ainsi utilisée pour détecter l'existence d'un anticorps contre le virus varicelle-zona à partir d'un échantillon, et à un procédé permettant de diagnostiquer une immunité contre le virus varicelle-zona utilisant la lignée cellulaire. La présente invention peut facilement détecter l'existence d'un anticorps contre le virus varicelle-zona sans utiliser le virus varicelle-zona. Ainsi, la présente invention peut effectuer en toute sécurité un diagnostic en protégeant le personnel médical associé au diagnostic de l'infection par le virus pendant le diagnostic du virus varicelle-zona. En outre, étant donné que des traitements spéciaux et des installations spéciales pour le traitement de virus infectieux ne sont pas nécessaires, la présente invention est excellente en termes de faisabilité économique. 본 발명은 수두대상포진 바이러스의 당단백질 E를 발현하며, FAMA (fluorescent antibody to membrane antigen)법에서 수두대상포진 바이러스에 감염된 세포를 대체하여 항-수두대상포진 바이러스 항체의 존재 여부를 시료에서 검출하기 위해 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리된 인간 세포주 및 이를 이용한 수두대상포진 바이러스에 대한 면역력 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 수두대상포진 바이러스를 사용하지 않고, 수두대상포진 바이러스의 항체 유무를 용이하게 측정할 수 있으므로 수두대상포진 진단시 진단 관련 의료진들이 바이러스 감염으로부터 보호되어 안전하게 진단할 수 있고, 감염성 바이러스 처리를 위한 특별한 처리 및 시설을 필요치 않아서 경제적으로 매우 우수하다.
