Provided is a gasification melting facility (1) characterized by having: a fluid sand gasification furnace (2) that generates a thermal decomposition gas by thermally decomposing waste material, and that discharges incombustible material; a melting furnace (4) into which the thermal decomposition gas is introduced; a thermal decomposition gas passage (3) connecting the fluid sand gasification furnace (2) and the melting furnace (4); a pulverizing device (12) that pulverizes the incombustible material discharged from the fluid sand gasification furnace (2) by passing this material between multiple rods; a vibrating sieve (13) that sorts the incombustible material pulverized by the pulverizing device (12); a volumetric feed device (14), which has multiple transport chambers capable of rotating between a position for receiving incombustible material from the vibrating sieve (13) and a position for discharging the incombustible materials, and which supplies fixed amounts of the incombustible material that has passed through the vibrating sieve; and an air current transport device (30) that, together with air currents, transports the incombustible material supplied in fixed amounts from the volumetric feed device (14). L'invention porte sur une installation de fusion à gazéification (1), laquelle installation est caractérisée en ce qu'elle a : un four de gazéification à sable fluide (2), qui génère un gaz de décomposition thermique par décomposition thermique de matériau de déchets, et qui décharge un matériau incombustible ; un four de fusion (4) dans lequel est introduit le gaz de décomposition thermique ; un passage de gaz de décomposition thermique (3) reliant le four de gazéification à sable fluide (2) et le four de fusion (4) ; un dispositif de pulvérisation (12), qui pulvérise le matériau incombustible déchargé à partir du four de gazéification à sable fluide (2) par le fait de faire passer ce matériau entre de multiples tiges ; un tamis vibrant (13) qui trie le matériau incombustible pulvérisé par le dispositif de pulvérisation (12) ; un dispositif d'alimentation volumétrique (14), qui a de multiples chambres de transport aptes à tourner entre une position pour recevoir un matériau incombustible à partir du tamis vibrant (13) et une position pour décharger les matériaux incombustibles, et qui délivre des quantités fixes du matériau incombustible qui a traversé le tamis vibrant ; et un dispositif de transport à courants d'air (30), qui, avec des courants d'air, transporte le matériau incombustible délivré en des quantités fixes à partir du dispositif d'alimentation volumétrique (14). 　廃棄物を熱分解し熱分解ガスを発生させると共に不燃物を排出する流動床ガス化炉（２）と、熱分解ガスを導入する溶融炉（４）と、流動床ガス化炉（２）と溶融炉（４）とを接続する熱分解ガス通路（３）と、流動床ガス化炉（２）から排出された不燃物を複数のロッドの間を通過させることによって粉砕する粉砕装置（１２）と、粉砕装置（１２）で粉砕された不燃物をふるい分けする振動篩（１３）と、振動篩（１３）から不燃物を受け入れる位置と、不燃物を排出する位置とで回転可能な複数の搬送室を有し、振動篩を通過した不燃物を定量ずつ供給する定量供給装置（１４）と、定量供給装置（１４）から定量供給された不燃物を気流とともに搬送する気流搬送装置（３０）と、を有することを特徴とするガス化溶融設備（１）を提供する。
