L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un dispositif médical tubulaire ayant une structure polymère hybride, qui consiste à former une première couche comprenant une matrice fibreuse non tissée constituée d'une première matière polymère, et à former une seconde couche comprenant une seconde matière polymère autour de la première couche, de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de la seconde matière polymère de la seconde couche est intégrée dans au moins une partie de la première matière polymère de la première couche.
