The present invention also relates to Polymorphic Form I and II of treosulfan. La présente invention concerne une formulation solide améliorée de (2S,3S)-2,3-dihydroxy -4-méthylsulfonyloxybutyl]méthanesulfonate. Ces formulations améliorées sont constituées d'une composition pharmaceutique solide lyophilisée contenant du tréosulfan à reconstituer avec de l'eau pour obtenir une solution pour une administration parentérale. La présente invention concerne également les formes polymorphes I et II du tréosulfan.
