Summary:The present specification relates to an organic light-emitting device and a lighting apparatus including the same. The organic light-emitting device according to one embodiment of the present specification is an organic light-emitting device comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode; and one or more organic layers provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein at least one layer of the organic layers is a light-emitting layer including a first light-emitting material and a second light-emitting material, the maximum luminescence peak wavelength (λmax) of the second light-emitting material having a gap of 40 to 80 nm compared to the maximum luminescence peak wavelength (λmax) of the first light-emitting material. La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif électroluminescent organique et à un appareil d'éclairage comportant ce dernier.
