Summary:Disclosed are a composite hollow fiber membrane, which has improved water permeability and peeling-off strength, and a method for manufacturing the same. The composite hollow fiber membrane according to the present invention comprises: a tube-shaped polymer membrane having an outer surface and an inner surface; and a tube-shaped knitted fabric arranged between the outer surface and the inner surface of the polymer membrane, wherein the tube-shaped knitted fabric is manufactured using a plurality of raw yarns, each of the raw yarns comprises a first multifilament and a second multifilament, the first multifilament comprises multiple first monofilaments each having a fineness of 3 to 50 deniers, and the second multifilament comprises multiple second monofilaments each having a fineness of more than 0.4 and less than 3 deniers.
