The composite hollow fiber membrane according to the present invention comprises: a tube-shaped polymer foam; and a polymer membrane formed as a coating on the outer surface of the tube-shaped polymer foam. L'invention concerne une membrane à fibres creuses composite, qui présente une excellente perméabilité à l'eau et une excellente résistance au décollage et qui présente un nombre réduit de trous d'épingle/défauts à l'intérieur d'une membrane polymère, et un procédé pour la fabriquer. La membrane à fibres creuses composites selon la présente invention comprend : une mousse polymère tubulaire, et une membrane polymère formée en tant que revêtement sur la surface externe de la mousse polymère tubulaire. 우수한 수투과도 및 박리강도를 갖는 동시에 고분자막 내의 핀홀/디펙트 발생이 최소화된 복합 중공사막 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 복합 중공사막은 튜브형 고분자 발포체 및 상기 튜브형 고분자 발포체의 외표면 상에 코팅되어 있는 고분자막을 포함한다.
