Disclosed is a method, an occlusion setup fixture and system for recording digital 3D representations of physical teeth models of a patient's jaws and for arranging the digital 3D representations according in a common coordinate system such that the digital 3D representations are arranged according to the patient's occlusion. The recorded digital 3D representations are virtually brought into occlusion by a virtual movement, where the virtual movement comprises a translation along a path according to the confined relative movement of the occlusion setup fixture. La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif de réparation des occlusions et un système d'enregistrement de représentations 3D numériques de modèles de dents physiques des mâchoires d'un patient et de disposition des représentations 3D numériques selon un système de coordonnées commun, de sorte que les représentations 3D numériques soient disposées suivant l'occlusion du patient. Les représentations 3D numériques enregistrées sont mises virtuellement en position d'occlusion par le biais d'un mouvement virtuel, le mouvement virtuel comprenant une translation le long d'un trajet en fonction du mouvement relatif confiné du dispositif de réparation des occlusions.
